If you read Bad Blood, Boies as the counsel for Theranos seems like a

complete asshole. Theranos was an utter scam and Boies terrorized and threatened people within the company and the author of Bad Blood as well. The company was touted by several prominent Democrats, and several Republicans, too, but Boies stood out as a first rank dick along with that crook Holmes herself. I think he's shady as shit.
